Copper Pot Cafe sits comfortably within Subang Business Centre, offering a casual spot where locals can drop by for a hearty meal or a well-crafted coffee. This cafe is less about quick caffeine fixes and more about lingering over a menu that balances familiar comfort food with some local twists. Popular choices like the buttermilk chicken burger, fish and chips, and chicken basil pesto linguine make it a versatile stop for lunch or early dinner, especially if you’re after something filling without the fuss.

The atmosphere at Copper Pot is laid-back, making it a decent spot to work through a late morning or have a relaxed weekend brunch. The interior is air-conditioned but on hotter afternoons, the cooling might not quite match the tropical sun outside, so timing your visit around cooler parts of the day or grabbing a shaded seat might make your experience more comfortable.

Coffee and beverages play a notable role here, with options like the piccolo latte, long black, and caramel latte appealing to those who appreciate a balanced brew. Their range of iced drinks, from matcha crushers to chocolate blends, rounds out choices that suit the Malaysian heat well. If you’re not just in for drinks, the dessert display tends to catch the eye — treats like peanut butter chocolate cake and berry pavlova bring a lighter, indulgent finish to a meal.

Locals seem to appreciate Copper Pot for its affordable prices relative to portion size and quality. While the menu doesn’t come with photos, dishes are presented in a straightforward manner, attracting a clientele here for the flavor more than for Instagram moments. Service can be attentive but expect the occasional small hiccup with food prep, a reminder that this cafe thrives on genuine, unpretentious dining rather than polished perfection.

Best times to visit are mid-morning through early afternoon when the space feels calm, allowing for quiet conversations or solo visits with a laptop. Evenings see a shift with some patrons coming in for casual dinners before closing. Those familiar with the area often return for specific favorites – the basil pesto pasta and the fish and chips get consistent mentions for hitting the spot.

Overall, Copper Pot Cafe fits into Subang Jaya’s cafe scene as a reliable, down-to-earth place for those who prefer their meals honest and their coffee steady — not far from the buzz of the business centre, yet offering pockets of calm amid the daily grind.

decent cafe food. aircond not cold enough for 2pm sun outside. it was quite warm even though i sat inside. ordered cajun chicken, came with side veg and french fries. veg not washed properly. i had extra protein attached to my brocolli (ie. worm). chicken was a bit dry but flavourful, french fries was crispy and excellent! the berry pavlova was good, the cream was not sweet at all. the burger was tasty w a homemade patty, but for rm33 was kinda ex.

Had a nice dinner at copper pot today for the first time. Enjoyed the buttermilk chicken with basmati rice (RM22 - reasonable portion and price for the good quality!) and right before heading out the dessert display caught my eye! As a frequent dessert consumer the prices were really worth it for desserts which look really good. Got the pavlova (RM11.90) and it's really well done!!! Look at the close ups Not as sweet as a normal pavlova (which is probably healthier for me anyways ) would be perfect for older folks like my parents who still crave sweet treats but need to cut back for health reasons Staff were very friendly and warm This place really needs more (well deserved) love! Please go and support them

It was so good that I was shocked by how good it was. It is underrated. Their menu don't come with photos which is a pity because their food looks so good and tastes even better! My favourite is the basil pesto pasta

I recently visited Copper Pot Cafe with my sister and had a great experience overall. We arrived early around 11 a.m., so the ambiance was quite calm, making it a relaxing start to the meal. The Aglio Olio with smoked duck was quite good (8/10), and the Fish and Chips impressed with its generous portion and perfectly crispy fish, served with a fresh (though undressed) salad and tartar sauce (10/10). For dessert, the Batik Indulgence stood out with its rich, slightly bitter chocolate flavor (10/10), while the Biscoff Cheesecake was enjoyable but fairly standard (6/10). The Flat White was also excellent, with a nice balance of creamy milk and strong coffee (9/10). Service was average; the staff were okay but didn’t stand out. Overall, a very enjoyable visit—8/10

Nice! I came back after a year visiting this place, been meaning to but time seems to fly so fast these days. I'm happy that I have finally tried eating at this place after receiving a respond from the owner or management. I have been dying to stopby. This time around, I came really late though at around 915pm when it was about to close at 10pm. I only managed to try their most best recommended western food; mac and cheese. I would rate it as incredibly delicious especially the duck on top of the beef. Despite only the protein being different, I find both taste differently even when it comes to the sauce. Delicious but not over the top. Bolognese is so-so here. The dessert is good but I would prefer a wider selection with fresher taste. The service is very fast so I would recommend if you're rushing to put food in your tummy. I commented last year that the waiters were too loud especially when they were laughing behind the counter nonstop which I lacked professionalism but I liked this girl who is helpful and would help with a lot of things like taking pics and etc. This time around, they are well-mannered and patient despite me being there before their shift is about to end. Didn't get to order much though as kitchen was almost close. Perhaps, I will try the local food here next...

A pretty pleasant first visit. Ordered their House Blend Latte, which was great in both its hot and cold version. The sweetness was just right thanks to the Irish Cream that they added in it. Their Hot Vanilla Milk and Peppermint tea was good as well! Unfortunately the Pandan Gula Melaka(?) Cake was a letdown. The cake was hard and dry instead of spongy. So we couldn't finish it. Which was a shame as the cream/frosting was really tasty. Will probably come here again and try different their other desserts instead!
